The Valkion machine is built in Sweden to very high standards, so it is very robust and reliable. We have found that people need replacement parts only very rarely. In order to repair the machine, it must be sent to Sweden as the internal components of the machine cannot be replaced by the user. This would be at user-cost if outside of warranty. If you find yourself in need of machine repair, don’t hesitate to reach out to us so we can organise the process for you. We can offer temporary use of a second-hand machine while your own machine is out for repair. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that you have everything you need for a seamless experience with our equipment.
